In the Woodland

We have two high quality furnished Bell Tents in the Woods. These are a new style of tent and are made in the UK. They have an internal canopy and most importantly no middle pole which gives the impression of more room inside. "Hornbeam" and "Ash" have been built on decking and have an Astro-turf interior to keep that nature feeling going inside the tent.

Each tent is 5 metres in diameter and is able to accommodate up to six people (2 adults and 4 small children). They come equipped with a comfy double bed complete with memory foam mattress and for the children we have 2x fold out Z mattresses and a fold out camp bed available at no extra cost. You will also have a power pack to charge mobile phones and a USB rechargeable spotlight.

 

We supply all basic cooking equipment included; gas camp stove (with gas cartridges), saucepan, frying pan, chopping mat, washing up bowl, spatula, corkscrew, bottle opener, tin opener, 2x plastic wine glasses, 4x cutlery plates bowls and cups. There’s also a picnic table and firepit and tripod for your exclusive use - the perfect place to sit around in the evenings or to cook on. There is a small lean-to to cook under shelter. All units fitted with an extinguisher and fire blanket.

The tents are fixed and raised off the ground on a platform and located next to each other if you wish to stay near to your friends, but at the same time are set back from each other to give you privacy if you are not. We provide a trailer service to do all the hard work in taking your belongings into the woods when you arrive and when you leave.

Please note, the Woodland Bell Tents are located near to a water point but are not near the shower/toilet block which is on the main field (about 3 minutes walk away).

On the Main Field

In 2019 we chose to move away from the "standard" Bell Tent variety and erected three high quality tents fixed to raised decking in the centre of our main camping field.

​

Just the same as the Woodland variety, they are a new style of tent made in the UK and come with all of the equipment included in the Woodland Tents sleeping the same amount of people.

​

These 3 tents are pitched near to each other in the centre of the main field giving good access to the Shower/toilet block and communal kitchen area.

​

Bedding is not provided except for a double fitted sheet on the double mattress. Arrival from 2pm on the day.
